The “Book a visit” form prepares the information entered in your browser and opens WhatsApp so that you can review and choose whether to send it. Submitting or sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic or relevant practitioner communicates confirmation.
You are responsible for checking that information you send is accurate. Please do not send urgent or unnecessarily sensitive medical information through ordinary website, social-media or messaging channels.
LinkedIn-connected service
