SOHI Medical Centre (SMC), established in 1982, invites a dental surgeon to develop an independent dental and oral surgery practice in Mullanpur Garibdass, New Chandigarh.
SMC provides only the premises, electricity and water. You arrange the equipment and other infrastructure.Our ultrasound scanning facility and collection centre for pathological tests provide convenient access to diagnostic services within an established medical setting.

This is an opportunity to operate an independent dental practice within an existing neighbourhood medical centre. It is not an employment offer, franchise or promise of patient volume.
Equipment and all other infrastructure
- All required infrastructure and fit-out
- Dental chair, delivery unit, compressor and suction
- Instruments, handpieces and consumables
- Sterilization equipment and infection-control supplies
- Dental assistant or technician when required
- Equipment installation, maintenance and insurance
- Professional registrations, approvals and clinical records
Planning dental X-ray equipment? Installation and operation must begin only after the practitioner and facility have completed the applicable regulatory, shielding and licensing requirements.
Who we would like to meet
One chamber.
Many possibilities.
Priority may be given to an anchor dental surgeon able to establish the complete operatory and provide continuity of care. Visiting specialists can then attend through mutually agreed sessions.

Share your qualifications, registration, specialty, experience and preferred schedule.

Inspect the room and assess plumbing, electrical, ventilation and equipment requirements.
- 03Agree the structure
Discuss the practice arrangements, timings and responsibilities. SMC provides only the premises, electricity and water; the collaborator arranges equipment and all other infrastructure.
- 04Verify and prepare
Complete credential checks, written agreements, fit-out plans and applicable approvals.
- 05Open carefully
Begin with a soft launch, review the workflow and expand availability as the practice develops.
